The following flowchart represents an example of the logic included in a computer virus program. It represents a very simple virus. Most viruses are much more complicated than this. A computer virus can initiate almost any imaginable dirty job (Erase all your e-mail, delete all files on your hard drive, change every third number in all spreadsheet files to six, etc.).
